Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:

1 cup of macadamia nuts 
1/4 cup hemp seeds (if you can't get these use macadamia nuts or cashews, almonds, walnuts.)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
the juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon of himalayan salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Action:
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or VITAMIX until smooth!

Makes 2

Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice 
1 cup of mint leaves
1/2 cup lime juice
4 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (or more for sweeter)
1 lime sliced
2/3 cup of water OR
1 tablespoon of baking soda
+ ADD Rum if you want to make it an alcohol beverage! (6 ounces)

Action:
1. In a beverage shaker or blender, mix all ingredients except the lime slices. 
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint!

1 apple
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
1 lemon
1/4 bunch cilantro/coriander
1/2 bunch baby spinach (2 cups)

Action:
In a juice machine juice all ingredients!

Ingredients:
2 red apples
7 carrots
1 chunk of ginger (the size of your thumb - or more if you are a ginger lover!)

Action: 
In a juicer, juice all ingredients!

Total making time: 20 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
2 cups of brown rice pasta 
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of himalayan salt (add more to your taste)
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast (add more if you like it cheesier)
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro/coriander

Action: 
1. In a pot bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Add the brown rice pasta. Cook for 15 minutes or until soft, on medium heat. Drain the pasta when done and add the pasta back to a dry pot.
2. In the pot, add to the pasta, the coconut oil. Stir it through until melted throughout the pasta. 
3. Stir in the nutritional yeast. 
4. Stir in the salt. Taste it. If you want it saltier add more salt. 
5. Serve the pasta in bowls!
5. Serve with chopped avocado cubes and cilantro. 

Suggestion: 
+ ADD peas if you like peas! 
+ ADD a squeeze of lemon juice if you want zing.
+ ADD Cayenne Pepper if you like it spicy!

Makes: 1 cup of "Sour Cream"

Ingredients:
1 cup of hemp seeds
(or raw cashews - not salted or roasted! If you use cashews soak them for at least 4 hours)
(if you cannot get hemp seeds and are allergic to nuts, use sunflower seeds, soak them for 8 hours)
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
the juice of one small lemon
1/2 teaspoon of dill
ADD 1 teaspoon of water if it needs more liquid for a smooth 'sour cream' consistency 

Action:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor like a VITAMIX and blend for 3 minutes or until completely smooth and creamy!

TIP
+ Use this sour cream in any recipe that calls for sour cream!
+ Refrigerate in an airtight container or jar for up to a week.

Makes: 1/2 cup of "Melted Cheese"

Ingredients:
2.5 ounces of Coconut Butter
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1.5 tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon of Thyme 
1 teaspoon himalayan salt

Action:
1. In a pot on low heat, melt the coconut butter and coconut oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until it is all melted together well. 
2. Serve melted cheese on whatever you like! TED tacos, pizza, hamburgers, pasta, burritos! Store in the fridge and it will set like hard cheese!

Ingredients:
2 cups of raspberries
3/4 cup of ice
1/4 cup water
4 large dates, pitted


Action:
1. In a blender like a VITAMIX blend all ingredients together until a slushy consistency!

+ ADD (BE Creative)
+ Raw Honey Or Maple Syrup if you want it sweeter.
+ Juice one apple and add that to the cocktail to make it sweeter and smoother.
+ 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for a sweet vanilla taste!

Ingredients:
1/2 head of cauliflower
4 tablespoons of flax oil
4 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Action: 
1. Boil the cauliflower until soft. 
2. Add the cauliflower and rest of ingredients to a high speed blender like a VITAMIX! Blend until smooth! 


TIP: 
Take the even earthier alternative and use a bowl and fork and mash the ingredients together without using a machine!

2 Ice cubes

2. Add ice cubes and water
3. Blend thoroughly
4. Enjoy

+ADD Papaya for a tropical smoothie
+ADD Grapefruit for a fat blasting smoothie
+ADD strawberries or the above for an extra vitamin C kick!
