Makes: 2 large juices

Ingredients:
1 pear
1 apple
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
1 lemon
1/4 bunch cilantro/coriander
1/2 bunch baby spinach (2 cups)

Action:
In a juice machine juice all ingredients!

Total making time: 10 minutes

Makes: 1 cup of "Sour Cream"

Ingredients:
1 cup of hemp seeds
(or raw cashews - not salted or roasted! If you use cashews soak them for at least 4 hours)
(if you cannot get hemp seeds and are allergic to nuts, use sunflower seeds, soak them for 8 hours)
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
the juice of one small lemon
1/2 teaspoon of dill
ADD 1 teaspoon of water if it needs more liquid for a smooth 'sour cream' consistency 

Action:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor like a VITAMIX and blend for 3 minutes or until completely smooth and creamy!

TIP
+ Use this sour cream in any recipe that calls for sour cream!
+ Refrigerate in an airtight container or jar for up to a week.

This recipe is DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE, SOY FREE, alkaline, good for people with LACTOSE INTOLERANCE! Provides the body with nutrients. Is VEGAN.

Ingredients:
1 peeled orange
1 sliced lemon with rind
2 Ice cubes
1/4 cup of water

Action:
1. Put peeled orange and sliced lemon into high speed blender
2. Add ice cubes and water
3. Blend thoroughly
4. Enjoy

+ADD Papaya for a tropical smoothie
+ADD Grapefruit for a fat blasting smoothie
+ADD strawberries or the above for an extra vitamin C kick!

Makes 4 large juices!

Ingredients:

1 large beet including its green stems
1 sweet potato
1 head of parsley
2 apples
2 peeled oranges
8 carrots
1 cucumber
1 lemon
10 kale stems
1 small piece of turmeric root
1 small piece of burdock root
1 small piece of ginger root
4 garlic cloves

Action:
1. Put in beet, other roots, and garlic in juicer first
2. Juice other veggies in no particular order
3. Enjoy with 3 fellow human beings!

Total making time: 15 minutes using a juice machine or 30 minutes by hand.

Makes: 4

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice (12 lemons)
4 cups cold water
1 cup raw honey or maple syrup (add more for sweeter)
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1/2 cup ice


Action:
1. Either put the lemons through the juice machine or juice them by hand. If you use a juicer you could run a few through with the rind for an extra zing and nutrients!
2. Once you have the juice of the lemon, in a blender mix all ingredients. 
3. Serve with lemon slices!

Makes ONE juice

Ingredients:
½ bunch radishes
1 daikon
1 small piece of horseradish root (very spicy and potent!)
1 cucumber
¼ bunch watercress
¼ bunch parsley
1 handful of spinach
1 apple (more if you want it sweeter)
1 lemon

Action:
1. Add all ingredients to juicer and juice!
2. ENJOY!

TED style Buffalo Wings! 

Total making time: 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Serves 3-6. 

Ingredients:
24 Organic and Free Range Chicken Wings
1 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup Coconut Oil 
1/2 cup Honey (or maple syrup)
For Hot Sauce:
10 large red peppers (capsicum) 
2 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons of lime/lemon juice
8 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt

Action:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 F. 
2. Make the hot sauce: Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers. Place all Hot Sauce ingredients into a food processor and blend. Pour into a pot and bring to the boil on high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens. 
3. Oil an oven dish with coconut oil. Place the chicken wings in. Add half the hot sauce. 
4. Cook for 35 minutes and then make more sauce to add...
5. In a bowl mix the rest of the Hot Sauce with 1/2 cup of honey and 3/4 cup of nutritional yeast. Add this sauce to the chicken wings. Sprinkle 1/4 cup nutritional yeast on top and then cook for another 10 minutes. 
6. Remove from oven and enjoy!

Serve with quinoa!

Makes 10-20

You need a muffin tin OR just mold the cheesecakes with your hand!

Ingredients:
For chocolate base:
1.5 cups of almonds
2 tablespoons of Cacao Powder
1/2 cup dates (add more if you need stickier consistency) 
1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
dash of himalayan salt

For raspberry cheesecake:
1 cup of Raspberries (or use strawberries) 
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
2 cups Cashews (soaked in water for 4 hours)
1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil

For chocolate icing:
1 Avocado
2 tablespoons of Cacao Powder (add more to make it darker chocolate)
2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey (add more to make it sweeter)

Action:
1. Line the muffin tray with parchment paper.
Chocolate Base:
2. In a blender mix all ingredients so you have a nice moist consistency. Press into a muffin tin to form the cheesecake base.
Raspberry Cheesecake:
3. In a blender mix all ingredients and pour into the muffin tin on top of the chocolate base.
Chocolate icing:
4. In a blender mix all ingredients and garnish on top of the cheesecake! 
5. Store in fridge and freezer and eat when set!

TIP
+ Replace the nuts with hemp seeds for nut allergies 
+ Use other nuts if desired like
