Serves: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
2 cups of coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (or 3 vanilla beans)
3/4 cup of dates (or raw honey or maple syrup to sweeten)
Action:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until SMOOTH!
