Serves: 4 people
1 pound (500g) of organic free range chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup amino acids
2 tablespoons of raw honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 cups of sprouts
1/4 cup fresh parsley
4 brown rice wraps
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite size strips. Heat coconut oil in a fry pan. Make sure there is enough to cover entire pan. Add chicken and fry until cooked through and golden brown. While chicken is cooking prepare the bbq sauce...
2. In a bowl mix the amino acids, honey, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Mix until combined.
3. Right before the chicken is done, a minute before removing the chicken from the fry pan, add the sauce and fry toss it. Add more cayenne pepper if you want it spicy.
4. Lay a brown rice wrap on each plate, spread 1/4 of avocado onto each one, and add sprouts and parsley to each one. Add chicken strips and enjoy!
