1 cup rice
2.5 cups water
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons The Earth Diet ketchup
1/2 cup peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Bring the rice and the water to the boil. Reduce to medium heat and continue cooking approx 10 minutes until the rice is soft. Cover the pot and let the rest of the water if any absorb. Do not strain the rice.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and stir. It should look like the photo above!
