Serves: Makes 1 cup of salad dressing
1 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Add olive oil to a bottle. Squeeze the lemon into the olive oil and mix well with a spoon.
2. Store in a glass jar or salad dressing bottle. Store in the fridge or cool place for up to 4 weeks. Pour on salads!
