1 medium broccoli
6 asparagus spears
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
1. Chop broccoli into bite size pieces
2. Cut ends of asparagus spears
3. Lightly steam broccoli and asparagus
4. Serve with hulled hemp seeds sprinkled on top
