For ONE juice
Ingredients:
1 small beet
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 small piece of ginger
1 red apple
1 lemon with rind
Action:
Put all ingredients in a juicer!

+ ADD a handful of kale
+ ADD a handful of spinach

Ingredients:
1 small piece of ginger chopped into cubes
1 garlic clove diced
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of cayene pepper
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of water
Action:
1. Bring water to boil and add all the ingredients except the honey.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the water and then chop up the rind and add that. Soak for at least 11 minutes.
3. Drain the tea water, add honey and stir and drink when possible!

Ingredients:
1 Kiwi Fruit
2 Green Apples
2 sticks of Celery
1/4 cup fresh Mint
1 Lime
1 cup of green melon or watermelon
Action:
1. Put all ingredients through the juicer for juice!
2. OR juice the celery, apples, green melon and lime AND THEN place in a blender and add mint and kiwi fruit for a smoothie!
3. Garnish with fresh mint!

Ingredients:
1 large Mango
1 Banana
1/2 cup of Lychees
1 Lime
1 Kiwi Fruit
1/2 Pineapple
Action:
1. Squeeze the juice from the Lime into a blender.
2. Peel the skin off the banana and kiwi fruit, cut the skin off the pineapple, remove the pips from the lychees and mango, and add ALL to a blender.
3. Add altogether in a blender and blend until smooth!
You can add ice if you would like your smoothie served chilled.

1 cup Rice, hemp or Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more if you like it sweet)
1/4 cup Almonds or almond butter (Could also add 3 tablespoons hemp seeds/powder for more protein!)

2 tablespoons of cacao (more or less depending on how you like your chocolate!
