For one smoothie

Ingredients:
½ an avocado
handful of kale
handful of spinach
1 cucumber
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
½ cup water or almond milk
handful of cilantro

+ADD 1 tablespoon of spirulina for extra protein and vitamins

Action:
In a blender add all ingredients and process until smoothie consistency! Add more liquid if needed!

Ingredients:
1 grapefruit
2 oranges
1 lemon

Action:
1. Peel the oranges and grapefruit. (Juice them in a juice machine or hand juicer!)
2. Juice the oranges, grapefruit and lemon (including the rind!)

+ ADD a dash of cayenne pepper for more of a cleanse kick!

Benefits:

·         Great for detoxing and cleansing

·         Reduces blood pressure and cholesterol

·         High in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins A and C, potassium and B group vitamins

Ingredients:
1 small piece of ginger chopped into cubes
1 garlic clove diced
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of cayene pepper
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of water

Action:
1. Bring water to boil and add all the ingredients except the honey.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the water and then chop up the rind and add that. Soak for at least 11 minutes.
3. Drain the tea water, add honey and stir and drink when possible!

1 cup of Strawberries
1/2 cup of Raspberries
2 apples





Action:
1. Juice the apples. 
2. Add apple juice to blender and the berries and blend into smoothie! Add ice if you want it extra chilled!
3. Enjoy and appreciate.

1 Kiwi Fruit
2 Green Apples
2 sticks of Celery
1/4 cup fresh Mint
1 Lime
1 cup of green melon or watermelon

Action: 
1. Put all ingredients through the juicer for juice! 
2. OR juice the celery, apples, green melon and lime AND THEN place in a blender and add mint and kiwi fruit for a smoothie! 
3. Garnish with fresh mint!
