For ONE juice

Ingredients:
1 small beet
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 small piece of ginger
1 red apple
1 lemon with rind

Action:
Put all ingredients in a juicer!

1 red apple

1. In a blender process the apples and strawberries until slushly like consistency! Add water if you need more juice!

2. Add rest of ingredients and ice into blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint!
