Makes one

Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple
Handful of mint
handful of ice

Action:
1. Juice the pineapple.
2. Add mint, pineapple and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.

Benefits: Assists in digestion, lowers blood pressure, for weight loss, & alleviates nausea & headaches.
 
 
Ingredients:
1 cup Rice, hemp or Almond Milk 
1 Banana
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more if you like it sweet)
1/4 cup Almonds or almond butter (Could also add 3 tablespoons hemp seeds/powder for more protein!)
1/4 cup Ice
2 tablespoons of cacao (more or less depending on how you like your chocolate!

Action:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend :)
