Makes one


Ingredients:
1 grapefruit
2 oranges
1 lemon

Action:
1. Peel the oranges and grapefruit. (Juice them in a juice machine or hand juicer!)
2. Juice the oranges, grapefruit and lemon (including the rind!)

+ ADD a dash of cayenne pepper for more of a cleanse kick!

1/4 Pineapple
2 Oranges
1/2 Lime
1 knob of Ginger

Action:
Peel orange and pineapple then put ingredients (lime rind is ok to juice for extra cleanse!) through the juicer.

As many apples as you like. At least 3 apples for 1 juice.

Action:
In a juicer, juice apples. Drink immediately :)

2 peeled kiwi fruits

Action:
1. Juice orange and apple in a juice machine. 
2. Then pour it into a blender/food processor along with strawberries, banana and kiwi fruits! YUM! :)
