What time of the day should you drink this juice?

Preferably in the morning as some people say it has a lot of sugars from the carrot and the red apple. But we have no problem drinking it any time we feel to!

Question. Do you recommend the beet raw or cooked?
I have always cooked beets for juice, just wondering.

Hey Lydia,

We recommend raw beets for this juice! :)

Can this also be done with a blender, instead of a juicer? Or would that change the amounts of everything? I don't have a juicer, but I have a nutribullet blender.

Hey Aaron- You can do this in a blender with the same amounts but you would still have the fiber in the juice. This means it would go through your digestive system rather than be absorbed on a cellular level. If you would like you can strain the juice after you blend it in the nutribullet! :)

Can I make this in the morning for an afternoon pick me up at work or will the benefits deplete?

Hey Holly- You can strain is using a fine strainer or a cheesecloth (some people also use pantyhose!) :)

Hey Stephanie- It is always best to drink the juice fresh but yes, you can definitely save it for the afternoon! Make sure you fill your bottle all the way to the top so there is not room for oxygen, you can wrap it in paper towel and rubber band so the light does not get in and store it in the refrigerator. :)
