We recommend juicing DAILY, alternating between BEET and GREEN juice :)

I use the nutribullet to make my green as well as other fruit/veggie drinks. Is this the same as juicing? I feel amazing and my constipation issues are not an issue any more.

We recommend getting a juice machine AND a blender. Blenders are an amazingly versatile tool when it comes to preparing healthy meals and beverages, like smoothies. However, smoothies and juices are not one and the same. Smoothies come with the fiber and juices come without the fiber. Juices get absorbed almost instantaneously, giving you STRAIGHT CELLULAR NUTRITION. A blended fruit/vegetable drink, while great for you,
requires more work for the body to break down the pulp. BLENDERS and JUICERS are excellent kitchen companions, but when we speak of the power of juicing, we mean TRUE JUICE.

* TIP: Prepare a juice using a blender by straining the pulp with a cheesecloth.
Be sure to add enough water to mixture before blending!

* For an affordable and reliable juicer, we recommend the Jack Lalanne power juicer. Usually goes for around $99. You can also find other juicers for as low as $50 or less!

* A bit more expensive, but better quality are SLOW JUICERS
Slow juicers are the BEST POSSIBLE juice machines meaning they process the juice SLOWER so the electrical current is not as strong... the juice is more mellow and left with more nutrients. a slow juicer usually costs more $ and also requires the vegetables and fruits to be cut into smaller pieces AND takes longer to clean BUT JUICE HAS MORE NUTRIENTS
