Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers/leaves
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
1 teaspoon of turmeric
Action:
1. In a pot, add 4 cups of water, and all 3 ingredients.
2. Allow to boil
3. Serve and drink!
