Makes 1

Ingredients:
2 cups of almond or hemp milk
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup of gluten free oats
1/4 cup pecans
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or the insides of 2 vanilla beans) 
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey

ACTION:
1. In a bowl, add the oats, pecans, strawberries and blueberries! 
2. Add the milk and then the vanilla!
3. Pour the maple syrup over it all!
4. ENJOY!


OPTION: 
FOR SWEET TOASTED PECANS: In a bowl mix the maple syrup and vanilla, then glaze over pecans! Then in an oven toast the pecans and add to the cereal when slightly brown!

+ ALWAYS CHOOSE ORGANIC, LOCAL and SEASONAL as possible.

Makes one large bowl of Strawberries & Cream!

Ingredients: 
1 bowl of strawberries
For the cream:
1 cup of cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or one vanilla bean
1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey
Squeeze of 1/2 a lemon

Action: 
1. Place strawberries in a bowl. 
2. In a high speed blender or Vitamix, add remaining ingredients and blend high speed until a light fluffy creamy consistently.

Makes one smoothie!

Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries 
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or vanilla bean) 
1 cup of almond milk (or hemp milk or any other nut milk!) - Water will also work. 
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey (or more if you want it sweeter!)

Action: 
In a blender or Vitamix mix all ingredients!

Makes pancakes for one person! Double the recipe if you want to share it ;)

Ingredients:
1 cup of gluten free oats blended into a fine flour meal 
1 cup almond milk 
1 egg
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
AND... 
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for cooking
Maple Syrup for serving

Action: 
1. Mix all ingredients either in a BOWL or high speed blender like the Vitamix. The batter should be a smooth consistency. Add more oats if you want thick pancakes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and when it is hot pour the batter. Turn over once you see bubbles appear on one side. 
3. Serve with fresh fruit, CHOCOLATE DIPPING SAUCE, cacao powder, maple syrup, crushed nuts, finely grounded coconut! Get creative!

Makes ONE SMOOTHIE. 

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup almond milk or water
1 tablespoon of cacao (or more if you like is really chocolately!)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey (or more if you like super sweet!)
1 handful of ice

Action:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or Vitamix and BLEND! Enjoy! 

Suggestion: 
+ Add more banana if you like a thick smoothie! 
+ Freeze the banana for a more chilled smoothie!

Makes 2 cups of chocolate sauce. A large serving for one or share with friends!

Ingredients:
1 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 cup Extra virgin coconut oil
1 cup Maple Syrup or Raw Honey

Action:
In a Vitamix or high speed blender mix all ingredients until smooth! 

Always add more cacao if you like dark chocolate, and add more maple syrup if you like it sweet! 

SUGGESTION:
Dip with strawberries or other fruits! Also makes a great RAW ICE CREAM TOPPING, or cake/pancake topping! OR pour it into ice cube holders and make mini chocolate blocks! 

BENEFITS:
High in magnesium, relaxes the muscles, aids weight loss, aphrodisiac  increases energy, replaces processed chocolate, stress relief.

    3 Mint Sprigs (leaves and stems!)
    1 Banana
    1 tablespoon of Honey
    1 Cup almond milk (or water)
    4 ice cubes
    +ADD 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter or almond butter for extra protein and thickness!

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender
    2. Process until desired consistency is reached.

RAW CHOCOLATE WALNUT ICE CREAM
Makes one large tub for yourself or for sharing ;)

INGREDIENTS:
2 cup of walnuts
2 cup of water
1 cup of maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of himalayan or celtic sea salt (optional)

ACTION: Either use an ice cream maker, Vitamix or High Speed Blender. 
1. On high speed mix all ingredients until smooth fluffy ice cream like consistency. 
2. Place in the freezer overnight! 
TIP: Freeze for a few hours and then process again in the blender to make it even creamier! 

+ ADD EXTRA cacao if you like super CHOCOLATE, add extra maple syrup if you like SUPER SWEET! 
+ To replace the nuts (for nut allergies) use hemp seeds or sunflower seeds.
