  • MAKES ONE SMOOTHIE
  • Ingredients: 
  • Half head of kale (stems and all!)
    3 Mint Sprigs (leaves and stems!)
    1 Banana
    1 tablespoon of Honey
    1 Cup almond milk (or water)
    4 ice cubes
    +ADD 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter or almond butter for extra protein and thickness!

  • Action:
    1. Add all ingredients to a blender
    2. Process until desired consistency is reached. 
    3. Enjoy!

Turmeric is a derivative of the Curcuma longa plant root. Turmeric is an ingredient common in traditional Indian spices used for cooking.
