Serves: 1 large salad you can share with a friend!
1 large cucumber
1/2 head of lettuce
1 cup of kale
1 large lemon
1. Cut up vegetables and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Squeeze the lemon over the salad and toss.
3. Eat and enjoy!
