1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts
1 purple onion, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon real salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
2. Place Place Brussels sprouts, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large baking sheet. Toss the ingredients around together so it is all evenly distributed.
3. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning.
4. Serve immediately!
Drizzle some honey or maple syrup over the dish for some sweetness!
