Total time: 10 - 15 minutes
Serves: 1 very hungry person or 2 as an entree
2 dozen cherry or grape tomatoes
2 red capsicum
2 small to medium cucumbers
1 handful of activated almonds
3 handfuls of local greens
1 - 2 Avocados
1. Tear greens into bite size pieces
2. Roughly chop capsicum, cucumbers and avocados into bite size pieces
3. Mix all ingredients together
