"RAW FOODS and PH BALANCE ...may or may not get your attention but in my opinion it really should. Our bodies pH balance is important and there are ways to make it easier on our bodies to maintain the proper pH. Drinking Kangen Alkaline water, reducing your stress and eating more fruits and vegetables are some of the easy habits that can help your body become healthier and more alkaline.

Optimally you should be eating as many raw fruits and raw vegetables as possible. Basically the raw foods class will teach you interesting ways to make delicious meals using fruits and vegetables without
cooking them. For example our menu has included making lasagna using zucchini as the pasta, sun dried tomatoes, pesto, nuts in place of cheese.. the end result is a wonderful meal made with good intentions!

According to Dr. Shinya we are born with a bank of enzymes and the aging process is really a result of those enzymes being depleted.
