5-ingredient Vegetable Stir Fry
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 large brown Onion, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
2 cups of Green Beans
1 head of Broccoli, chopped into bite sized piecesSuggestion to add:
+ Add 2 teaspoons or more of honey or maple syrup for “Sweet Veggie Stir Fry”
+ Add 1-2 garlic cloves
+ Add spices like thyme, salt and pepper
+ Add 1-2 potatoes chopped into small chunks
1. In a large fry pan heat the oil on medium-high heat. Add the onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir fry for 12 minutes or until tender and to your liking.
3. Serve with rice or quinoa. Add salt and pepper to taste.Benefits:
