Apple Cinnamon Salad

Total time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1


1 red apple
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


1. Cut the apple into small slices
2. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple slices
3.  Eat and enjoy!

1.  Dip into The Earth Diet Chocolate Dipping Sauce.
2.  Add raw honey on top of apple slices if you like it sweeter.
