Cheesy Lemon Mushrooms

5 pounds mixed mushrooms
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
Juice from ½ lemon


1. Slice mushrooms
2. Heat coconut butter in frying pan
3. Add lemon juice and nutritional yeast
4. Fry lightly
5. Serve
