Chocolate Pineapple Smoothie

This might sound like a strange combination, but you won’t know until you try it! The pineapple makes this smoothie sweet… naturally! And the cacao powder adds a chocolate flavor! This smoothy is mood boosting and super high in anti-oxidants leaving you fulfilled, nourished and energized!

Total making time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
4 teaspoons cacao powder
1 whole pineapple, skin removed (should make 4 cups of pineapple)
4 cups of water
1/2 cup ice

Tips:
+ If you need to make it sweeter, add dates, honey or maple syrup.
+ Freeze the pineapple for a cooler smoothie! (Just remember you do lose some nutrients when freezing)

+ If its too thick add water!

Action:
1. Mix all ingredients in a power blender like the VITAMIX until a smoothie consistency.
2. Drink!
