1 cup olives
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1. Wash and dry cucumber
2. Slice into ½cm – 1cm rounds
3. Slice olives in half
4. Cut up sundried tomatoes into a similar size as olives
5. Top each cucumber with either an olive or tomato
