Cucumber Sushi




Total time: 15-20 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
5 lebanese cucumbers
1 carrot
1 red capsicum
1 avocado

Action:
1. Slice carrot, capsicum and avocado into strips
2. Cut ends off cucumber
3. Scoop out cucumber seeds
4. Fill cucumber with carrot, capsicum and avocado
5. Slice filled cucumber 
6. Serve


Tips:
Lightly steam asparagus and add to filling
Fill with raw sauerkraut
Fill with anything you would usually use in sushi
