Time: 10 minutes
4 cups boiled water
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds – crushed to a powder
1 tsp. Peppermint
1 thumb of ginger – finely sliced
1/4 tsp. Cumin (powder)
1/8 tsp. Turmeric (powder)
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (powder)
Add-ons: Chamomile, lemon, raw honey.
Bring water to a boil, add all herbs to a pot or tea press, add boiling water and let it steep for a few minutes (covered). Press or strain and enjoy!
