Flaxseed “Egg” Alternative – Vegans use this instead of egg!


Total time: 10 minutesFor every egg in an original recipe, use one serving of this flax mix.

3 teaspoons ground flaxseed (blend flaxseeds in a food processor / VITAMIX)
4 teaspoons waterActions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the ingredients together.
2. Let sit for 5–10 minutes. It will become gummy, just like eggs.Calories: 37 | Total Fat: 3g Carbohydrate: 2g | Dietary Fiber: 2g Protein: 1g
