Ginger-Lime-Turmeric Tea

This tea is great for 3 main things: To boost the immune system, to cleanse, to accelerate weight loss. – Love Liana

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients:
4 cups water
2-inch piece of ginger
1 lime
1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Actions:
1. In a saucepan, boil water, ginger, and turmeric powder for 7 minutes.
2. Strain as you pour the liquid into teacups.
3. Squeeze in the juice of the lime (you can also include rind).
4. Drink warm.

Tips:
1. Instead of discarding the ginger, you can eat it.
