Healthy Cocktail

“It is easy to make a healthy cocktail! We simply blend our favorite fruits with some water (and/or alcohol – if you choose), ice and then maple syrup or honey to sweeten it! That way we are getting a cocktail packed with nutrients, that is also fun and delicious, great for relaxing on Friday after work. There is no need for us to drink cocktails that are loaded with sugar – they will only weaken our immune system and make us feel worse later! These healthy cocktails are also great party and entertaining food that can energize us before a night out! Also perfect for a Sunday afternoon on the beach. Enjoy it all.” Liana

Serves: 1


1 cup strawberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 1/2 ounces of alcohol -optional (‘most natural’ alcohol that mix well with this recipe are vodka, tequila and gin)


1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender like the VITAMIX, and blend for a couple of minutes until well combined.
2. Garnish with lemon or orange. Enjoy!
