Immune Boosting Smoothie

Drink this smoothie whenever you need a boost of strong immunity, or whenever you feel like you might be getting sick. This smoothie will boost your immunity and strengthen your resilience to getting ill.

Total time:  10 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled and seeds removed
1 cup strawberries

Action:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender like a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
2. Drink!

Tips:  
1.  Add ice for a cooler, thicker smoothie.
2.  Freeze strawberries for a cooler smoothie.
