Lemon Ginger Shots


Shot this in the morning to stimulate and awaken the body, to boost the immune system, flush toxins and accelerate weight loss!Total time: 5 minutes

Serves 3


3 lemons
1 1/2 inch piece of ginger


1. In your juice machine, juice the lemons including the rind and the ginger.
2. Shot it!

1. If the lemon rind is too much for you, peel the lemon and then juice.
2. Drink first thing in the morning to start the day right!
