Mango Smoothie

This recipe is so simple! Made with 2 ingredients: mango and water! You can then add whatever else you like, more dates to make it sweeter, spinach or kale to make it green, and or banana/apple/orange for new flavors! Or just love it for what it is: MANGO! – Love Liana

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 fresh mangos, seed removed (you can use 2 cups of organic frozen mango as an alternative)
1 cup water

Actions:
1. In a powerful blender like the VITAMIX add the mango and water and mix until smooth!

Tips:
+ Add 1/2 cup ice to make it a cooler smoothie!
