Mango Spinach Ice-Cream
Total time: 10-15 minutes
5-6 handfuls of baby spinach leaves
3-4 cups chopped frozen mango
1. Blend baby spinach leaves with 3 cups frozen mango in a high powered blender like a Vitamix until it’s a smooth soft serve ice-cream consistency. You may need to add a little water.
2. Layer with the rest of the frozen mango
