Orange Raspberry Smoothie

Total making time: 10 minutes

Serves: One (Makes 1 1/3 cup)

Ingredients:
5 large oranges
1 1/3 cup of raspberries

Action:
1. Juice the oranges, use your hands, a hand juicer or a juice machine.
5 oranges should make 1 1/3 of juice.
2. In a blender like the VITAMIX blend the orange juice and raspberries until smooth! Drink!
