Peanut Sauce

Total making time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2-4


1 cup of organic unsalted peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of himalayan salt
1 tablespoon of ground ginger
1 tablespoon of garlic paste (or diced garlic cloves)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Bragg’s liquid aminos (or 1 tablespoon more of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of salt)


1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Tip: Serve with stir fry veggies, chicken, beef strips, rice, in wraps…get creative!
