Raw High Protein Salad

Total time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup lettuce 
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale 
1 tomato, chopped into cubes
1 avocado, chopped into cubes 
1/2 cup hemps seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 lemon
Drizzle of olive oil 

Action:
1. Place lettuce, kale and spinach in a bowl. 
2. Add tomatoes, avocado, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
3. Squeeze lemon over the salad and then drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
