Raw Vegan Chocolate Brownie
10 minutes plus 1 hour freezing time
1 ½ cups walnuts
1 cup dates (approximately 12)
⅓ cup raw cacao
1. Place in Vitamix, or other high powered blender for 30 seconds, or until it forms a ball.
2. Press into a baking tray
3. Freeze for 1 hour
4. Slice up and serve with cashew cream
