Rustic Smashed Avocado

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
2 avocadoes
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch of salt


Action:
1. Slice avocado in half and scoop out
2. Lightly smash avocado, lemon juice and salt together with fork. 
3. Serve with raw chopped vegetables
