Spicy Green Salad

Total making time: 15 minutes 

Make 1 big salad!

1 head of kale
1 cucumber
2 jalapenos (chopped very finely)
1 bunch cilantro
1 avocado
1 container of alfalfa sprouts
2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt (or more if desired)

1. Chop all vegetables and add to a large bowl.
2. Massage in avocado.
3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, curry powder, squeezed lemon juice, and salt.
4. Mix thoroughly, serve and enjoy!
