Stir-Fry Vegetables

Total time: 15-20 minutes

1 medium broccoli

1/2 cauliflower
3 carrots
8-12 mushrooms
2 tablespoons coconut oil


1. Chop vegetables into bite size pieces

2. Heat oil
3. Lightly fry, you want the vegetables to still remain slightly crunchy
4. Serve
