Straight up Cantaloupe

Total time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1-4

Ingredients:
One cantaloupe /rockmelon

Action:
1. Cut the cantaloupe in half. Scoop out the seeds. Eat!

Tips:
1. This is called rockmelon in places like Australia and England!
2. I know it’s not exactly a “recipe” but it is such a great idea for a quick meal and snack!
3. A great quick lunch or breakfast idea!
