Sweet Potato Mango Avocado Salad

Total making time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4 plates of salad

Ingredients: 
One head of lettuce
One apple
One tomato
One avocado
One mango
4 small boiled sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of flax oil
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Action:
1. Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces and evenly place on the 4 plates. 
2. Cut the avocado, tomato, mango and potatoes into cubes and spread evenly on the 4 plates. 
3. Drizzle each plate with the flax oil, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. 
4. Ready to eat!
