Vanilla Hemp Milk

Total time: 10 minutes


Serves: makes 2 pints

Ingredients:
1 cup hulled hemp seeds
3 cups filtered water
1 scraped vanilla bean

Action:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender like a VITAMIX for about a minute.

2. Serve this wherever you would normally use milk: with CEREAL,  Raw TED breakfast or add to chia for a creamy chia pudding.
