The Earth Diet focuses on the abundance of what the earth provides naturally; and recommends skin care products created from ingredients that are naturally provided by the earth.
The Sakura Health range is focused on creating non toxic, natural skin care products for people with sensitive, chemical sensitive skin and for people who are looking for a safer, healthier alternative to toxic chemicals found in many products these days. Sakura started on this journey about 15 years ago whilst working as a flight attendant. Due to long hours, travelling, time zones, changes in water and weather her skin started to break out with pimples, meanwhile she was becoming extremely run down & unwell. |

Whilst still having absolute faith in the medical profession, Sakura saw doctors and specialists to try and cure her health problems.
She was misdiagnosed & wrongly prescribed by doctors & medical experts until she took matters into her own hands. She researched day & night to discover her condition was caused mostly by the mercury fillings that were put in her mouth when she was just 6 years old! From there, everything started to unravel and that's when Sakura decided to lead a natural, chemical-free life, which has led to this very business. |
