Natural Alternatives in USA: USA is a country with an array of different climates and landscapes which are full of natural wonders and outdoor activities on offer for everybody. Thoughts: The United States is known as a country high in obesity. When visiting you can be easily tempted into eating the common unhealthy foods on offer, but if aware you can always find a healthier, more natural option wherever you go.

TIPS:

-Shop at fresh food markets rather than supermarkets. America has plenty of Fresh food stores everywhere you go, where the produce is fresher and more organic then in your supermarket. In America, almost every fruit and vegetable is available all year round, which obviously shows how man-made some of this can be.

-Look out for companies using initiative in producing more organic food. For example there is a chain of supermarket called the Whole Foods market where you buy natural and healthier food than your regular supermarket. 

-Don't be tempted by fast food. We all know that America has the largest fast food industry in the world, so wherever you turn or wherever you go you will find somewhere to indulge in a quick, cheap & unhealthy meal. But, if you keep your options open and search that little bit more you will always find a healthier meal nearby. If you do eat out - the healthiest diner food you may find are home fries! This is potatoes that have been baked and then cooked with onion. mmm!
